1) I have to separate my work live from my social life. Sounds easy but try it some time. I have to make up constant lies why i can't hang out with people at work when deep down inside i really want to. People tell me to "lighten up" and that if they are true friend they will respect me. Well, we had a guy come out and it didn't go over for him so well. Sure the guys accepted him but management was a different story. They held this guys careers moves back just for the simple fact that he is gay. Its sad but its true.

No, not a flower shop, silly... I live in a very liberal town in a somewhat conservative state. Alot of my friends are out in varying degrees. The ones that are, seem happier overall, even though they do have difficulties with it. It's mostly accepted here as just being different... not necessarily a bad thing by most people (at least the one's I socialize with).

The D Drive on my PC is messed up.

It will play DVD's and some PC games, mostly recent ones like Dawn of War and the expansion packs (these have NVidea built into them, so I dont know if that makes a difference), but it wont play music CD's, regular CD's, CD Roms or even some games (couldnt get The Sims or Sims 2 to load up a coupla days ago). It's pretty annoying as anything I want/need to instal, I HAVE to download from the internet.

Any idea what is going on? Has the configuration been changed somehow, or do I simply need a new hardrive?
