Dude if you are for real, then read up on this site asap and as much as possible and whatever cycle you are doing, stop it now! I don't know how old you are but to me it doesn't matter in this case as at the moment any age is too young. You can't just go buy some stuff and inject it and hope to build large muscle groups and get all swole over night. But I see this a lot. It's the wrong approach to steroids and destined to failure IMO. And not to slam you personally but it's guys like you who do this to their body without any preparation or advance plan. And then when it all back fires and your body shuts down and you end up in the hospital with gyno or worse, it just gives the news media something else to blame on qualified users. So please for your sake and the steroid community at large stop now and regroup. Do your homework, hit the gym, develop a great diet plan. Come here and ask all your questions as well as read up on how to do it the safe and sane way and then many here will probably help you out if you are serious and sincere about it all. Lots of luck...

Tonight at the gym, there was a hot 20 something... perfect butt in her yoga pant... Small little taut titties...Cute face (nice freckles) pixie hairdo.
As I was heading into the men's room, she followed me...
Turns out, she was a dude...... not dudette...seriously... I have a very cute Tgirl at my gym....
Question, is it ok to think she was hot???

Yes. And if you were to date her, just think on those nights you were too tired to tag her, then she could tag you instead. Flip-flop. But then you could possibly run into issues like what if she was hung better than you, lasted longer than you, and was a much better fvck than you? So maybe you should just stick with thinking she is hot and not acting on it..

We got behind on the mortgage by one month and now the next month is due so officially we are two months behind. My wife tried to pay the past due month in full but the mortgage company returned it and said that they want both months and all cash or bank wire or they were going to start foreclosure. My question is can they just reject a payment and then threaten foreclosure if we dont come up with all the money? They are also holding an $8400 check that was an insurance claim on my daughters bedroom floor until the work is done. I said I was doing the work like the first time and they made us pay for the materials and said we had to do the work and it be inspected before they would release the funds. They have had the check since July. We also said they could use part of the money to update the mortgage so if would be current. They gave us some BS. Its the same company.

Pre-op I assume

No, a mortgage company can not refuse a payment. They can say that the payment is not enough to keep you out of foreclosure. However, they must accept any payment you make. However if they filed a notice to foreclose, then they can refuse the payment unless it brings the account current.

Absolutely... Also if they do foreclose on you, have you lawyer make them bring in all the documents on your loan. Most banks cannot produce the paperwork. A lot of them sell their mortgages or actually lease them (sort of) to act as investments for them... the thought is that people will pay the interest and they make money.... the point is that banks are getting into trouble by not being able to prove they actually own the loan.... chances are, they can produce enough... but the fact that your lawyer wants to see them, may make them settle.
