This reminds me of a guy that I let go a while back. He went around telling everyone that would listen that I fired him for being late. No, I fired him because he was a POS, and a bad employee. I just used that as an excuse.

Maybe when you get older you will learn it isn't necessary to be a dick to prove to someone else that they are a dick too. At some point we quit teaching those lessons. Oh, and hurting ourselves in the process.
