These tough guy threads really make me laugh. Most of the guys who start these threads are guys who couldn't bust a grape in a food fight. It's hilarious. Most big guys and truely strong guys don't go into the gym with a chip on their shoulders. Most of us are really helpful and respect gym rules. I've trained with some of the strongest guys on the planet and we've never got on a little guys for moving or not moving the weight or bitched at an old man for doing his job. But I guess if you're at the level most people won't ever be, you don't feel threatened by anyone.

I agree with that, the strongest guys seem to be the most helpful. This powerlifter I know from the gym really helped me with my squatting form. He says once you get that right, "you just put it on." I think he squats around 900 or something in comp and benches like over 700 with a vest.

Just got banned from my gym, was about to start my workout and some skinny little old douchebag asked me if anyone was using the bench next to me. Totally ruined my concentration so I threw a dumbell at the mirror and shattered it, the staff asked me to never come back, I told them they are not hardcore

At my gym they lined all the treadmills so they back up to a mirrored wall. On the other side of the same room is the dumbells and benches, also with a mirrored wall. So the whole time you're working out there's the reflection of all the girlies back ends in front of you!
