Thanks zeus, ma boss phoned me on sat and told me not to take it. If they find out then they would defo fire me. Bit of a nightmare this shit worked ma fucking arse off for them 6 days a wk one of the best workers as in knowing what a was doing on our site and i get shafted for fuck all.

Slept a good 10 hours yesterday although I did get outside for a bit. On call today for day shift hours, and go back in @ ~ 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Going to check on my neighbor's livestock for him this morning and also, I want to spend a bit of time watching some horses he adopted if I can get close enough. He adopted a few wild mustangs through the BLM and man they are f-in awesome. They're still skittish and still somewhat wild, but honestly, they are such a combination of beauty and raw power, that it will almost bring a tear to your eyes.
Hopefully I don't get called in today. Plan to f-in relax, lift, and get back into lifting EOD.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

My boss does not want me to go anywhere mate i get on fucking great with him. It's the rat contract manager. My boss is going to try his best sort it but he was not there when this happened he was on holiday, this CM is a rat mate he has fired so so many good men over the years he loves the power.
I am cert tbat he will fire me but he better be ready because i have very very good info for his boss (director) so he has fucked with the wrong cunt because i will not let him bully me.
I went tbrough to the new construction company on friday afternoon tbat i was ment to start with today, i have explained to tbem so if i do get fired i hope they understand that what am doing is the right thing and still keep the offer open.

Yesterday, I cut the TV on and caught the last 4-5 minutes of the finals heat of 2017 WSM. Mad at myself for missing it; probably won't replay until Christmas or so. I've got some old IFSA on DVD and WSM from the 90s though 2014 (Just the finals heats on most of them. Maybe a prelim heat here and there).

Morning boys and girls!
Chest and arms done early for me today. Great workout.
Inclines: 3 sets heavy, down to 4 reps with drop on last
Flat flyes: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Flat dumbell bench: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Alternating dumbell curls: Moderate weight, 10-12 reps
Preachers: First time doing them since injury. 3 sets, easy weight so kept rest minimal. Felt great on bicep.
Standing BB curls: Real strict, 3 sets 10-15 reps. Biceps starting to feel real good again.
Pressdowns: 3 sets heavy 8-10 reps
Low cable skull crushers: 3 sets, 8-12 reps
Dips (behind back with cable): 3 sets 10-15 reps
Hammer curls: 2 sets heavy
Great, fast workout. Pumped about it. Literally and physically.

Flat db press heavy 2 sets only 3 reps on 2nd set
Flat bench (smith) 1 working DD
CG press 3 sets
Pec dec fu king destroyed it 2 sets

So what was meant to be back turned into international chest Monday for me.
The gym was rammed and all the racks wherw blocked with people so had to switch up to chest
I was strong but my body has not recovered from the training last week especially after taking so much time off between sessions etc.
Had to drop some reps as was hitting failure faster than normal.
Tomorrow will be back.

Not too bad tonight, now I just have to make sure I lift again Wednesday! Slight increase on weights and/or reps on most stuff, except for seated rows, I did a good bit better on those. Think my grip and forearm strength is starting to come back, although I still get weird random tingles up and down my arm. Supposedly, an increase in strength and muscle response is an indication of the nerve healing and myelin regneneration? DIFK, all of that stuff is waaay over my head.
Anyway, kind of a fast paced pullback lift using the weights I can move properly and taking very short breaks in between sets.
1 set of crunches
WG u'hand pulldown- 3 w/u, Work1- 10 reps, kept the same weight, Work2-6 + reps.
Dring pulldowns- 1 w/u, Work1- 13 reps, drop off a little.weight, Work2- 14 reps.
Tbar rows- 2 w/u, Work 1- 11 reps, drop off a bit of weight, Work 2- 10 reps.
Low pulley rows- 2 w/u, Work 1- 9 reps, drop a bit of weight, Work2- 14+ reps
Deads- 1 set of 21, but only a plate/side. The back is capable of more, but the left hand grip is still weak-ish

Had a nice little two days off and today I'm hitting delts & traps I'm thinking or chest bis not sure I can do either then hit the opposite tomorrow! Strength is coming back
Shoulder smith press hit 275 last wk for 6ish
Incline smith press hit 285 for 7
CG smith bench hit 315 for 7-8 I believe
BB Bent over rows hit 275 8-10 pyramiding up to that weight
So today we shall see what I can do on either shoulder press(which is pre-exhausted and last) or on chest may do DB work on chest today tho

Morning guys and ladies!!! Went and hammered out shoulders and arms!!! Delts are coming in nicely! I am finally seeing the look I want to see!
Thanks to Cape for suggesting carb cycling! It really works for my body! I am slowly cutting fat or faster cutting (not on purpose). It's really fun to see muscles pop out.
I can see abs too!!! Loving it!!!
Can't wait to cut more! I am going 21 days and see what happens! I think this will be a way of life for me every couple months.
