    I have a feeling 270 was a little bit different kinda weight then when u were 245 lol

    Doin alright, just working a lot, been busy with life but still training, tryin my wee lil heart out to put on size again. at 244 this mornin. It's comin. Just started really hitting it hard again for size. Had to take a lil break, body was feelin beat up. But I'm back and more action packed then before!

    We all need breaks mine are usually muscle rips or through injury these days lol. But I'm still a beast in the gym.

    I bet u are!

    I'm determined to step on stage next year and I really wanna b 225-230 stage ready. That means I really gotta put on some quality lbs! But so far all the ass bustin and beating I've given my body and force feeding is paid off. I've gained 40 pounds in less then a year!

    That's when you're hooked. There is no more of a challenging workout than leg day. Excited yet apprehensive all at once. Especially when you're getting under some heavy weight!

    I used to have it chronically in both elbows and my knee. Loads of stretchin and some fascial work did the trick to remedy it, in my case.

    its friday morning here, last day of my training wk. going off to a wkend holiday with the family. had a bad wk at the stocks market, but all set to take it out in the gym later.

    will be chest and arms later. normally start with incline flyes superset db press and drop set the super set

    flat bench, same. flys to press, drop and repeat.

    dips, then ending with pec deck

    bis, standing db double drop, 2 sets(just to make sure i tear every single fiber i got). incline db, whatever i've got left in the tank.

    tris: might try lying db extension like in Marcus' video earlier.

    I play daily with forex but I've left it alone with this week. To much of a spread and price action was all over the place.
