its friday morning here, last day of my training wk. going off to a wkend holiday with the family. had a bad wk at the stocks market, but all set to take it out in the gym later.
will be chest and arms later. normally start with incline flyes superset db press and drop set the super set
flat bench, same. flys to press, drop and repeat.
dips, then ending with pec deck
bis, standing db double drop, 2 sets(just to make sure i tear every single fiber i got). incline db, whatever i've got left in the tank.
tris: might try lying db extension like in Marcus' video earlier.
