Well, this is a part of this whole equation.

Me and my eX separated, well she wigged out and started fvcking random strangers after disappearing for a bit. I was in a very unstable place, but I was still solid. I had a good job, yet was left with a sinking house and all of the debt we made together over the years. I met my current girl and we hit it off very fast, I was still married. My ex wife came back to her senses but I told her to fvck off, I was too hurt too go through more.

By this time my girlfriend moved into my house and took over my eX's place with a iron fist. The eX wife went to hell and never came back. She is still mentally unstable and close to the size of a house.

This is where it picks up even more of what the fvck is going on. . . My current girl is now close friends with her. . . Oh yeah, she has some sort of attachment to her and I can never figure out why.


What I have been doing is hands down fvcked up, but my environment is not exactly what it seems. It is far from any sort of norm in just about every way. Their relationship alone freaks me out at random times, yet she will not part ways from her. I asked her a number of times to stop their odd communication - Yet it stays the same.

If she moved out and than reported to the local child protection office her discovery of his usage and storage in the home as well as concerns for the kids safty / exposure to criminal activity / fathers possible alter emotional and or mental state while on gear she could petition for sole custody on the contingency of rehab programs being completed successfully and clear drug screens yet while he is enrolled in program all visits with father be supervised by the state. FACT
so sorry but its not complete bogus, maybe the extreme of examples but 100% possible

Okay, Sampsons actions are not to be condoned and he fully deserves the heart ache he is feeling. I doubt he wanted sympathy or was expecting much, but some people need to talk. And talking to anonymous people on a internet forum isn't a bad idea because of a lack of bias.

However we all make mistakes. Really fvcking bad ones and like Austinite said, people continue to make fvcks ups right up to the point they are caught. Around 8 years ago I lied to someone very special to me and it was the end of us because she hates dishonesty above all other things. I never told a lie again and never will. I am VERY lucky that we found each other again a couple years ago and there are no trust issues between us at all now. But it meant we couldn't be together then because I took the easy, weak route. It might have made me a better person for it, but I hated that two hearts had to be broken over it.

Some of you would do well to remember that we're all human with imperfections and flaws before relishing in how fvcking perfect YOU think you are.

Extremely unlikely and most likely not even possible. The courts would have to find a person to be a complete piece of sh^t before they will take away all custody rights. Steriods are to better oneself not mind altering. What kitstreasure said and what you are agreeing with is complete BS. I had an ex tell me I would never get custody rights and I would be paying 900/month child support. I was dumb to believe her like OP would be dumb to believe you two. It is a damn shame it took this though. As far as bringing something home. Me & her are doing fairly well. I straight up asked her if she wants us to split, she said no. What she did say is damn legit to me, if I got another kid throughout this or she pops up with something - she said she will leave, no questions asked.

And I know my words hold no weight to her. But, my promise is if she ever feels the need to look, she can at any time and if she ever finds anything - same shit, over no questions asked.

It really is a damn shame this happened, but I needed it to. She asked me if I wanted her to catch me. And now I look back and I think a part of me did. I think it was the only thing that could stop me.

How she's pulling through this, I don't know at all. But, every second I get to spend with her, my son and in my life that she let me keep for the time being feels a whole lot different.

But, no matter how this goes I will never be the same. And where I'm at now, I will try as much as I possibly can and use the opportunity she has given me so far to do my best to bring our lives back to normal from the hell I brought us through.

Congrats Samson, you really lucked out. Hope you can make it work this time.

I just wanted to add that I was one of the first who responded and I responded with sympathy. This was not bc I felt bad for your situation with your gf, but rather bc you seemed to be approaching the edge, figuratively speaking. I felt bad for your emotional state, even though you brought it on yourself. I understand where the harsh comments are coming from, and I'm not judging anyone as some of them are deserved. There is however a time and a place for everything and I just don't think Samson needed to be kicked while he was so down. Now when he gets back up, then you can kick him down :-).

Glad to see you're feeling better. I think you got some good advice here (especially that first post from Sexy4...) and I hope you take it and grow from this experience, not just for you but for your gf, your son, and those around you. Good luck!

When it comes to custody law in my state and the several other states I've lived in, I know it very well. If she has documentation (his email) which will allow her to prove these things, then yes, she can do these things.
