    What do you think the acid reflux was from? I just started taking a little deca and tren and Im starting to get some here and there. I think mine is going to long with out eating.

    That sucks. Except for when I was popping dbols, I haven't had any heartburn since I started taking 40mg of prilosec daily. I used to have to sleep propped up on so many pillows that I was almost sitting up it was that bad.

    I get heartburn immediately after starting tren . I always add a long acting heartburn medicine to my protocol at the same time these days which has fixed the issue for me.

    That’s probably from the tren brother. The acid reflux was from doing way to much cialis. I don’t even want to say how much cialis I was doing cause it was way to much. The weird part was I had been doing it a long time and it just finally caught up with me and when it hit it hit hard. I had stomach acid coming up into my esophagus constantly all day long every day for 4-5 days then once it subsided my esophagus was swollen and I couldn’t hardly swallow food. It took almost a month to get back to normal. It was so bad that non of the acid reducers would touch it.

    My dr laughed about it when I told her we needed to chalk it up to a massive cialis overdose. Needless to say I’m done with cialis. Idk if I will ever do it again.

    My dr gave the the prescription strength of that and it didn’t even touch it. Thankfully it went away it was the most miserable thing I have dealt with outside of weight lifting injury’s. I have a very honest relationship with my dr. She is super cool and knows all the ped’s I use. She just put in my file that they do not manage my trt and leaves it at that

    This is as strict as a diet as there is IMHO.

    How long have you been on this diet and what’s the long term plan.

    When I’m dialed in, I literally eat almost identically the foods you have listed (larger portions) but find myself really struggling to maintain or jonesing for my cheat days so badly after about 12 weeks of eating this way.

    Curious to know your game plan or how you manage food fatigue

    Congrats on keeping this rocking as the workouts look as consistent as the food!

    I never have more then one or two cheat meals each week. That’s all I need to curb the cravings. I’m not a comfort eater. I think of eating as a job. I don’t ever do a chest day I try to make every meal have a purpose

    I certainly see food as fuel, but I definitely enjoy the pleasure of it as well. I try to find a balance but it’s usually daily for me instead of weekly. Well you’re doing great and with a food mindset like that, goals become extremely achievable!
