If you have an endo who doesn’t understand that all methods of increasing testosterone (endogenous or exogenous) will also cause an increase in estrogen, then yeah, you need another one. When you increase bioavailable testosterone, it’s available for conversion via the aromatase enzyme as well as all other functions.

Yeah that is what concerns me some. I have an online doc that I can work with and skip the endo. Did some research and seems that most endos try clomid first to say that they tried something before prescribing testosterone . I don’t think the clomid is a long term fix and that is another reason why I am reluctant to get on it. I have the prescription filled but may just keep it on hand.

Clomid may give you a solid bump, given that your LH level is on the far lower end of normal. If that were on the higher end, I would suspect the testicles themselves to be your issue.
That said, literally every hypo guy I have ever talked to ended up getting notably better results from TRT than clomiphene therapy. It may be worth a go, but understand that it’s going to be a bandaid, and you’re likely going to end up going to the needle full time eventually anyway.
I just accepted my fate without bothering with all of the nonsense first.

that is my exact thoughts. I do not want a bandaid, I want to feel better and see what it is like to sleep more than 4 hours a night.
trying to get a physical scheduled and still need CBC done, which I am doing either today or tomorrow. awaiting call for physical now.

Consulted with online doc and I will be prescribed 160mgs of Test cyp, AI, and 500iu HCG per week. I’m going to go the subQ route on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings. Really looking forward to the benefits of the extra test!
