Good workout today. Finally after 1.5 year I was able to use a machine to do lateral press. Felt good to get a chest workout in. I had been using cables but know I can add in incline press

Just made a roast with white and red potatoes. I’m really full. It’s time to fire this thread back up. I’m waiting about 1.5 hours then taking the dogs out for a walk to get in my daily cardio. They are so happy. Moving forward I may be doing daily doubles. I don’t have much else to do besides watching Netflix
