    8 whites 2 yolk 1 Ezekiel Muffin and Oj with Pre workout Shatter
    Trained legs hard and did a light chest workout. Shoulder getting much much better but still just maintaining the chest. Not taking any risks i have gotten good at working around it

    Post workout shake

    5.75 oz grilled chicken breast 1 cup rice with Franks hot sauce.

    Quads:

    3 sets squats
    3 sets hack squats
    3 sets leg extensions

    Lower back was sore so wasn’t able to squat quite like I wanted. My SI joint has been giving me issues but the chiropractor is working on it. Hamstrings and calves tomorrow.
