    I usually do take Monday's off and I took today off because the gym hours are a mess from the holiday. I am enjoying the time off though

    I also like to take Monday's off.

    For some reason it's the busiest day at the gym, it's packed all day long.

    I had a great chest and tris workout yesterday while everyone was enjoying their beer and burgers.

    Monday's are a mess at the gyms here to. The hours are goofy so it's an easy day for me to take off. I'm ready to get back at it tomorrow though

    You folks enjoy your foods, my 5 day cleanse and fast has officially begun as of today. Do you suggest I just merge this experience it to my current log or open new thread?

    I'm also still resting hard... excpept it's gotta do with my rupture... Things aren't getting better that's for sure. Hopping for a quick turn around(my stomach has been very upset and full) hopefully today will be better

    I wish... have to be little more patient... so no, not yet, not until 6'th of June!

    Reminds me just like when I was a young 3 year old expecting presents under the xmas tree, already knowing what I will be getting but the excitement ruled over regardless... oh that feeling, Im bringing it back!

    Yea its been two days no-food so I think my body just doing whatever its supposed to do and Im only starting to experience some positive side-effects now, one of them - feeling euphoric.
