    lol I used to do that. I would just add water and drink it cold or sometimes add whey protein to my plain oatmeal just for the flavor

    I like quick oats in my shakes.

    If you let the shake sit for 10-15 minutes after mixing it gives the oats a nicer texture.

    1/2-1 cup of quick oats

    1-2 tbsp peanut butter

    1 cup milk

    1 scoop whey
