Bio I gotta ask you... What do you do when family or your significant other ask you to go out to eat? Tonight I was invited to go to dinner with my girlfriend and her parents... Its one of those things you kinda can't say no to lol. It was an Italian restaurant too so there was really no clean meal lol so I'm kind of feeling like crap as I just had a cheat meal yesterday too.

Was able to roll out my hammie and it sure was tight - feels much better and I definitely freed up a big knot(which coulda caused my hammie discomfort) so.... Tomorrow I'm going to see if legs are gtg... If so high reps and lots of blood getting into the legs...

Stop beating yourself up... You coulda gone w/a seafood(clams/mussels/seafood) over pasta and red sauce(not the white sauce) not too bad there - or chicken - sodium is the main thing really -

If and when it comes up again plan your other meals accordingly and as long as it fit into your macros your gtg

It seems anytime I run short esters, period(especially prop)... I'm sweating like this at night from the get go too!

Right! And I'm usually a 2on 1off split always rotating - well I've been hitting it harder since 'on'(shoulder has kept up doing 3-5days in a row then rest) but I'm waking up every 1-2hrs now throughout the night...

Yesterday my first ex's of heavy T-bar rows - I felt extremely sick and like I just taxed my CNS - I said it right then I had zero NRG - but just kept going - my shoulder is on fire - I may need to rest lol

Lethargic - I get nauseous when lifting of taxed(leg day/even back sometimes - like yesterday) no NRG.. I almost feel like my legs aren't under me(supporting wise) this is when I was really overtraining...

Like Nova stated we all know what's needed but we feel the need to be sure... Which is fine and im very guilty of this myself - reassurance is sometimes needed but not holding things from one another...

Sounds like you need a. Rest day yourself
