8 oz. wild salmon, beet greens - then off to the gym for shoulders, chest and triceps (sorry, still like volume at the moment). Then a protein recovery shake and finally 2 advil p.m. so I can sleep.

I will not be cutting until Late April or early may, so I want to get the supplies I'll need now. I can get real anavar. It's pricey but if it's worth it I'll get some. One of the few AAS I have not used. i used EQ once but only for 2 weeks. It made me really hungry. I didn't do it long enough to evaluate any effect other than that. Not a good state to be in if you're cutting calories in half or more than half after just having a diet of 10-12K per day. That's going to hurt!
I don't like eq it raises my crit level to much. Test tren mast are the ticket. The magic happens with the mast at about 600 mg ew

i find with doing arm curls that a little less weight with perfect form give me the best growth. It still needs to be intense and beyond failure though

    Hey guys -

Just wanted to say I've just been eating on some soup - came down with a Migraine, and got really sick... It's been a crappy day -

But I'm trying to put more chicken and rice in my soup

I'll be back to eating regularly tomorrow I'm hoping... Keep kickin arse!

What exactly did they consist of? The nachos. We want an ingredient breakdown, like I did with my taco post. i didn't just say 'I ate 4 tacos". That could mean taco bell. So I listed all of the ingredients that went into them and that they were homemade. I love nachos but the ones I make probably have about 1200 calories. Tell us what was in them, please?

Thanks. Bodyfat has to be low too though. I have used Mast once before, enanthate . 600 is exactly what I used but I was holding too much fat to notice anything from it. I'll get some and use it when I cut. I already tend to run high (48ish) on crit even when not on anything so EQ sounds like a bad idea for me.

What about var? Any opinions on it? It's the one mainstream oral i have not tried but I have read a ton about it. Sound slike you need to be lean to see it's effects and it is great for maintaining LBM while on a deficit. It's also very low in toxicity so I'd run it throughout if it's worth it. Well I haven't tried Winstrol either but I have zero interest in it. Never will try it.

Good to know. I do that sometimes too but right now I am doing very heavy compound moves to get myself ready for HIT after that long layoff. The first 3 reps with the 60's were clean. I don't sway my body at all when I do DB curls. i do them strictly. When they are 25% of your bodyweight and you have one in each hand it's hard not to move a little but I stay as tight as possible.

Sometimes I sit, lean forward, and brace my elbow against my inner knee area and do them very strict, controlled, all the way down and all the bay back up. fast up, but on the way down I will go as slow as i can. By the time I get to the full extension my arm is shaking and I am starting to grunt. Doing just one set of those with a weight that lets me get 5 or 6 out of it is guaranteed to make me sore the next day. I don't use 60's for that. Not yet....

Diet today is a summary. I was too busy to log in and post each meal. I eat about every 2-3 hours. So this is all in the span between 8am and now. Today I lightened it up from the usual 12K or so I have been eating because I was feeling bloated. I was having a hard time putting my shoes on this morning. It's not fat, just my gut has so much in it that I thought i'd give it a break today.

I know that egg yolk has all of the nutrients in it and half the calories, and albumin is pretty much pure protein but I hate the taste of egg yolk. Even if i break it in half and just swallow it with water it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I take a ton of B supplements anyways and i could do without the added fat.

    - 10 egg whites, 4 yolks.
    - A little more than 3 quarts of 1% milk. Maybe 100 oz. I'll probably finish it off here in a minute so I'll say a gallon.
    - 3 of the aforementioned tacos
    - 1 large burrito made with the same lean beef and spices that was in the tacos, onions, cheddar and jack cheese (sparingly), half of a fresh vine tomato, 3 leaves of red leaf lettuce, and a large Mission tortilla.
    - a fist sized chunk of a broccoli head. I don't eat the root but I do eat more of the green stalk than most people do. IDK if theres more nutrients in it or not but I like the taste.
    - 2 tablespoons of ranch for the broccoli. It was uncooked. I eat it raw.
    - 2 or 3 oz of spinach leaves with olive oil and vinegar, salt and pepper
    - 6oz 2% cottage cheese
    - 1 large Chili Rellano. I bough this at a small grocer who makes them there in the store so I consider it homemade. It's a poblano chili stuffed with cheese and white chicken meat, then covered in verde sauce.
    - 24oz of RC Cola <-- BAD i know. But I needed that caffeine and it would be a shame to let it go flat right?

I drink about a gallon and a half to two gallons of bottled water every day. I never list it because it is redundant.

No gym today. I went two days in a row so I am resting today.

I see... Those pushdowns(both rev/and reg) have always served me well(and I'd rather do the rev grip w/one arm)... Found tha the farther you start away from cable, when reached failure... Just take a step in and you can manipulate using the same weight and change the angle of movement by stepping in and use it as a drop set...

Had a terrible chest workout yesterday... Weights are going way down. I'm finished with pct but I'm wondering if I didn't recover and my test levels are tanked. I don't even feel the slightest urge to have sex which also scares me.

I'm only about 3 weeks post pct so it's a little too soon isn't it? Plus, I live in ny and cannot get my own blood work done. But I do have an endo appointment coming up in a couple months and am getting my free and total checked for that. I was going to use that blood work to see if I recovered or not.
