I admire your discipline bio! I have to give myself some credit though... Less than a year ago I was eating fast food every day for lunch and going out to eat for dinner often. I only have one cheat meal a week now... Sometimes two.
I hope to get on your level though because diet really is everything. I was watching one of those bodybuilding diet motivational videos on YouTube and one guy who had been dieting for a show said something that hit me pretty hard- " I'm a machine at this point... I don't miss what I dont have". I hope I can get to that point some day.

Tbh, when you are trying to add or maintain a TON of mass cheat meals are very necessary.

There are a lot of guys who don't need any cheats eating them all the time. More than the guy who needs it. It has really become ridiculous. Every lazy out of shape guy goes to the "gym" does very little then goes and has a "cheat" meal. Very disrespecting to my/our lifestyle and it honestly makes me sick thinking about it hahah.

Keep up the good work guys and sorry for the rant.

I'm at a point where unless I'm going to compete (and I am) I don't follow a super strict diet plan. I eat as much as I can as healthy as I can but if I want ice cream at night.... I'll have it.

Once it's time to cut or stay super mean that's when counting macros and hard sorting come into play for me. I'm pretty lucky in that I drop fat quickly.

Every day after training i do low intensity cardio for 30-35 minutes just keeping the heart rate in the fat burning zone

Pre Workout Mr Hyde Post training Quest bar

    Wide grip pull downs

    Seated rows

    incline reverse pulls

    bent over rows

    lower back extensions

Worked in calf raises between sets

35 minutes low intensity cardio and done

Started w/legs and felt a lil twinge in my hammstring... Stopped there - but was on one so torched my back

Back. All thickness movements w/some emphasis on teres major/minor & rhomboids(really trying to bring up my R rear delts too!

    T-Bars old school **new weight**
3 warm ups 2 more feelers went for it
    1w(5& 1/4 plates) 5 drop(plate at a time) 4 drop 4 RP/1

B]Double DB bent over rows [/B]
    2w(70s) 10/8 DD(60s x2) 4/2

Pendulay rows off hyper machine(all low back and hammies for support hammies held up on this
    2w(185) TD

    Seated rows w/band constant tension
Held static hold for 3sec and it was higher end reps since no weight but was able to incorporate many partials burning out
3w as many as I could do into partials etc

    Rev flys
2w drop higher end reps focusing on Squeeze

Wide grip pulls into weighted hypers w/EZ bar on hyper bench
3w(70)higher end reps low back has exploded

Weights done in 48min felt wide as a door and was told the same lol

Of course - that's just the time w/weight training!

It takes me longer to stretch and loosen up b4 and after working out then it actually does to lift... Lots of injuries to work around...
