I won't be posting my meals here while bulking because:
    A. I am still eating more than 12K calories daily, but have come down from the 17K I was eating in the past few weeks.
    B. My diet currently won't help anyone in here. I am here to learn how to cut to below 15%, to get rid of the stubborn gut fat that always hangs on even though the rest of my body has paper thin skin, which I will be doing starting around May.
    C. It would be very long posts because of the volume of food.

The short list is: At least a dozen eggs, at least a gallon of 1% milk, at least one whole chicken <-- daily
The rest of the daily list is variable as I cannot eat the same things every single day. I try to keep as lean as possible like if I go to Subway for lunch I will get the grilled chicken breast 12" with just veggies, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and oregano. No mayo or mustard or junk that is empty. But I get two of them

I stay up for about 18-19 hours per day getting up around 7am and not going to bed until around 3am. I am eating much of that time. Eating 12K calories per day is hard but it can be done, fairly cleanly.

Remember this is a heavy bulk diet. Not for cutting. I am so far actually losing BF right now and as long as that continues I am staying with it making adjustments as needed. I am still gaining about 1lb per day as I have been since Feb 12th when I started this. Now up to 231 lbs as of 15 min ago. Goal is 250. Then I will begin to cut.

The only reason some of us eat the same things daily is because we work long hours and there is no time to meal prep during the work week and this makes it easier to stay consistent all work long. If you have the time to change it up that often then that is good for you man. I wish I had more time. Thanks for stopping in man

Sure thing Bio. I will learn a lot in this thread. I hope I didn't offend anyone with that comment about not being able to eat the same thing daily.

I simply meant I can't eat the same thing because it starts to make me not want to eat. I need variety. I work long hours too. I work sometimes 24 hours without sleeping. The rest of the time when I am not under that much pressure I work on average 12 hours per day. I can work from home if I want to and I can do what I want in my office meaning we have a kitchen there and I am high on the food chain so to speak so nobody tells me how my time will be spent. I am lucky in that regard (I earned it though, I wasn't "given" this position). I get what you're saying. I know some guys who eat the same thing every day because it is simple, don't have to put much thought into it when there are more important things to worry about though so not all people do so only because of time constraints. All I meant was I can't do that because of the variety issue and loss of appetite if I have to eat the same thing over and over.

I said this because I am amazed at how you can put meals together with almost NO fat in them. I have never been good at that. That's why i am here. I have a lot of respect for your advice. I joke around sometimes and it can be taken wrong or out of proper context. I hope this didn't offend you. it was a compliment.

I must admit I am jealous of your job. I can barely get time to use the rest room without being needed for 3-4 different things and I have to eat as fast as I can just to get it down before getting called for something. I am on the back end though. Retirement isn't for away

The only way I am able to maintain (and still struggle) is to meal prep. I had to give up something to carve out time for workouts and daily meal prep was the choice I made. I make 2 different proteins per week. I change up the protein source every week except breakfast which is eggs. I do like chic and can eat it everyday for every meal. But I also like variety.

This week is beef and shrimp and a few pieces of grilled chic. I'll eat protein for a little snack.

Thanks. I do have it good I am salaried and I also get special project commission (this is why I have to work so much as the special projects are done outside normal business hours). I am constantly being bombarded by people when I am in the office too, which is why I go work at home sometimes, so i can concentrate and actually get my work done. My daughter and grandchildren are in Arizona, and the only thing stopping me from moving there is this job. I have so much freedom that I fear I would not be able to find this situation again.

I on the other hand am jealous of you for being able to retire soon. I still have another 20 years before i can consider it.

Unfortunately, for me I've had 2 artho's - 1lap... Yes. I will say what I am doing but not the dosages, not here in the open where noobs might get the wrong idea and start doing dosages way beyond their level.

Sustanon 300 base, Tren , Dbol for first week and a half (ran out but only intended 2 weeks anyways), dropped it when the injectables kicked in. I pre-loaded the test with double the planned cycle dosage, but not the Tren. The first 2 shots of tren was acetate so it would kick in quickly, then I will be going to enanthate . I am also doing A-50 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off throughout. This began Feb 15th or there about, so I am just now starting to get the effects of the longer esters along with the shorter ones. 1000iu HCG weekly (roughly, E3D injections don;t work out that way in the math btw close enough)

Java... I've noticed how much milk you drink... I used to run a high dairy diet(16gl whole milk a month) but it bloated me so bad - do you think(and I know your bulking) that you need that much dairy? Just wanted to share my experience - I was still lean but skinny lean(165-70) but kept a picket of fat over my lower abs moreso... I love milk too! Wish I could drink more... But it's also high in sugar... What are your thoughts?

I've not run Sust yet idk why - but that looks/& sounds very nice I love the pulsing idea... I've done it once w/drol(a-bombs) and loved it! I know better for next time not to run mine past 10 days - either 7-10off depending on duration...

It'll be nice to see you gettin back into HIT as well!

Yep! Lucky us. It's not all bad. In my case it evens out. There are also times when my workload lightens and I can leave early and not work at home this working only a 5 hour day. That's how it's supposed to work. I know not all employers are so fair and take advantage of the 'exempt' status.

I wish it did but i am salary for a reason.... I get off early from time to time but getting off early means only working 9-10 hours. Retirement isn't far away. I only have about 5 more years

Whole milk? Oh no I'd be a fat slob with cholesterol in the 400's if I drank this much whole milk. I drink it for the protein and other nutrients you can't get in proportion powders and it's a lot cheaper.

I drink only 1% I can't deal with no fat it's too watery. Here's the breakdown on a gallon of 1%:

    Total calories: 2080
    Fat calories: 320
    Protein: 160g
Carbs: 256g all sugars, no breakdown

    Total Fat: 40g
    Saturated: 24g
    Trans: 0

    Cholesterol: 240g
    Sodium: 2460g ,<--ouch

    Vitamin A: 160% USRDA
    Vitamin C: 64%
    Vitamin D: 400%
    Calcium: 640%

No doubt it can be great for bulking it sure has its place... I'm asking whether you think it's too much - it also isn't that healthy(high dairy diets) super high in sodium high in sugar... i did it for a while and since I've basically cut it out I've felt so much better - does have good nutrients but macro wise and sodium it's meh lol

If you do well go for it - I'm thinking it will be much harder to get below 15% - just sharing my experience - I do love milk and will have it on occasion but skim :/

Good for you man. Are you retiring early or are you in that good of shape at 60?
