Girly you did well when you ate more(last time on) correct? - and you did go with higher Fs -- I think it was the weight training that really helped you transform going the way you wanted - IF i remember you lowered cardio and upped weight training and cals

    This.

YeahBuddy - You need to stabalise you diet before you consider adding compounds. Otherwise how will you know whats making the changes. Bio also makes a good points on the effectiveness of Clen . I have always found it to be a rather useless compound, even in high doses.

Its been great mate, its always been great mon-fri

Sat and sunday it just falls apart after a long week lol, ive done really well over the weekend though and kept to my diet. Hammered legs on saturday and done loads of cardio on sunday, i did some boxing pad work and a metafit straight after.

Can barely walk today, i trained my legs as hard as i would any other body part, and because they have been neglected for so long, fvck me have they took a beating lol

I can hardly walk up or down the stairs and i cant put my foot fully flat due to the pain in my calf muscles, i have to almost walk on ny tip toes lol.

I was like this for 3 days after I did Marcus' calf blast routine.

Good to hear though buddy! Bring those legs up. Glad you've sorted the weekends too, this will really make the changes to your physique now. You'll probably feel better within a week or two of no takeout, and no beers! Not to mention the additional weight you should drop!

I was trying to make him feel better! I could walk properly (heels down) after 5 days. Mine actually took 14 days to fully recover. Up until that point they were still tight and would cramp when tensed.

Its such a hard hitting routine though, it cant be done weekly if you're doing it properly.

I wish, in some mystical world, we could all meet at some mutually central gym for some beasting sessions! Could you imagine it? Sick buckets at every station, and a grill out front serving fresh jerk chicken and rice! Boom.

Supplementation question for you both, or anyone else that wants to chip in!

    L-Glutamine
    BCAA

Ive read recently many conflicting opinions on these two particular products. There are many claims surrounding both, and I supplement with both, but now I am questioning whether I have been wasting my money or not. Do you believe these compounds are necessary to live the Extreme Lifestyle (Keeping it on topic!). I hope this is still within the remit of this thread.
What are your thoughts and opinions on both.

    Code:

Glutamine has many benefits surrounding it:
    *protein synthesis,
    *faster recovery,
    *GH production (400% from 2g/day),
    *Immune system,
    *Intestinal Benefits,
    *Cures Ulcers (?),
    *Reduces Heart Burn,
    *Brain Health (Memory),
    *Fights Cancer,
    *Muscle Growth,
    *Improves Metabolism,
    *Aids Diabetes (Blood Sugar),
    *Weight Loss/Gain (HIV/AIDs @ 40g/day)

    Code:

*BCAA are also up in the air:
    *Increased Protein Synthesis
    *Reduces Fatigue
    *Reduces Seratonin
    *Increased Recover
    *Reduced Belly Fat
    *Inhibits Muscular breakdown
    *Improved Insulin Sensitivity
    *Improves life expectancy

Lots of folks are running BCAA intra workout now. I'm not but I'm not appose either and I think as long as you use this stuff for what it is... A supplement to your meal plan its ok. I run the glutamine as well and yes all of this talk is ok it's all part of the lifestyle. Lets get Nach to chime in

Glutamine... Ive certainly been reading more and I used to supp w/it b4 the juice then I've read some things where tren can throw off the balance(acid) and cause heart burn - something that I've been getting(though no tren) hmmm - so I'm starting ASAP as well

I'd be laying down in bed and wake up to stretch and forget... Oh Fvk that hurts... All tensed and cramped but that stretch was happening either way - until it happens it's always a toss up.... All in all it was a fvking brutal 10-14 days

I sip my BCAA and Glutamine all day, I put 5g of each in my 0.5 gallon (x2) drinking bottles.
Yeah I've definitely noticed a reduction in my heartburn. There are so many other listed benefits.

Theres also a lot of literature debunking both of these supplements and useless.

    Bio, I got a question.

Alot of ppl say no yolk others say that u should eat the yolk because all the vitamins and nutrition in it. What do u think about that? I have always ate all the yolk and egg. Should I probably cut out some of the yolk?

    Depends on your macro split.

Theres no reason to avoid the yolk if the fat content is sufficient. There are lots of nutrients and vitamins in there. People often discuss the Cholesterol content of eggs, but this was debunked. It doesnt effect LDL or HDL. (I cant remember the mechanics of why)

When I was bulking id eat 18 whole eggs a day split into two different meals. This was for calories to grow . I hate eggs now lol. With his meal he's atill getting alot of good protein from the whites and good fats from the yolk. The yolk has alot of good natural nutrition in it. His macros just call for less yolk which means less fats.

Not to answer for Bio thats just my opinion. It depends on what you are doing. Bulking or cutting? Then you decide on what would fit your macros better...some yolk or all?

just like Yates says I think yolks have there place. There is a lot of nutrients in them. I try not to overload on them but I do have about 4 yolks Ed.

His macros just call for less yolk which means less fats. Not to answer for Bio thats just my opinion. It depends on what you are doing. Bulking or cutting? Then you decide on what would fit your macros better...some yolk or all?
your dead on brother. It's all about balance and eating enough of the right things to make you grow

I'm adding in more yolks - I do at least another 5HB eggs too but I'm bulking... And I think I need more yolks

IMHO, it's our very govt that created this mess of yolks are bad blah blah blah - there was an article that I believe Kel provided - talking about a surgeon(open heart) performed more than any other surgeon and he says the same thing our food pyramid is sh!t(you could have a very balanced meal(by govt standards) and it's actually all processed and a sandwich w/all the food groups which would be worse than anything really... And he goes into how simple sugars are like taking a wire brush to the arteries - ugh

    Awesome answers guys! As always.

Cuz to answer your question I'm cutting down. About 10lbs before my cycle. Trying to push down to 10% bf or less as bio has recommended a couple weeks ago.

I fell off the wagon a little with logging my meals and such at the start of the cut though haha.

I am getting ready to start my spring cut. It's going to be great getting some of this weight off and starting my next cycle.
