I have found an alternative to to much chicken! Extra lean Turkey breast loins. They are strips of turkey breast about 6-7 inches long and about 2 inches wide. I put a table spoon of olive oil in a pan, heat it till it just starts to smoke, then throw the turkey squares in the oil. Add a little garlic and any seasoning you like and cook till done..about 3 minutes. Then I take it out and throw stir fry veggies with some extra squash in the pan and fry till almost soft. Add turkey back in till veggies are soft and you are done. I have not figured the macros yet but, will soon, mostly protein from the turkey.

Tomorrow is going to be shoulder training gonna come up with something really intense. Shoulders do not require the heavy sets for me so I am thinking Arnold's right into super sets of side lateral raises... Stay tuned

Do you always use the foam roller after training? Back, Legs, etc… I'm wondering if I should start doing this.

I just started and it's working wonders. Just using it on my back and what a difference. How tight are you? I been doing this for years and yeas. Sometimes I go get the deep tissue massage done and that works wonders too

Nice! How'd those side laterals into Arnold's feel? And the S/Sing in general?

Guys, dig the thread - my eyes have been opened to your attention to details in proportion size. Nach, just curious, how can you get around that shoulder of yours - I feel your pain.

It's very tricky lol - the worst is the non stop(constant pain - and the shooters/or radiating pain up neck down arm that gets me...

I've strengthened it as much as I could on my own - now im getting ART/Graston/scrapping/very deep tissue massages/PT and manual lengthening just started!

I've got to be real focused on pulling my shoulders/' scaps together on any pressing and always aware of my shoulder position(on any movement - elbows tucked etc for arms - delts aee so excruciating but The Mind is the most powerful tool... For Us all!

Do you have shoulder problems, Proximal?

it really is rough for most of us but we all find ways to work around injuries. That's what's nice about all of us sticking together and sharing what works

Unfortunately yes. I know from a previous MRI I have a large tear of my supraspinatus. I have managed to successfully work around it, but I'm losing more active external rotation, which has to mean my tear is getting much worse. After two hips, just not ready for more surgery, particularly after having so much fun due to my TRT.
Do you still have a rotator cuff? Can they clean up some of your cartilage with arthroscopic surgery to buy you more time?

I wish to up my level as high as possible and with this thread we can all help each other and get on with bettering our lifestyles! There is always room for improvement(myself included) - I wish to get my nutrition timed and more balanced to further increase my gains and share what has worked for me thus far and what other things I(we) can do to better each and every one of us in here!

Im on bulk atm so im eating every 1.5-2hrs atm w/added shks at this time... If and when I cut I will do it via carb cycling - badically starting w/half of the carbs I would normally take in - for 3 days(low) then a high day(refeed day) 15-20% higher than normal C intake... This is newer to me so you'll see me asking Bio Some questions as well!

Im in no way am expert(yet) but I sure plan to help Bio, Myself, and anyone who wants help just start posting questions and meals(clean)... And let's get this thread going!!!

    Nach

This is a great idea guys. If here is one thing I need help with it is CUTTING. I have never been below 15% BF and usually am around 20%. I am currently a bit above 20% but I am bulking so that is to be expected.
