Going to lift with a well known 'strongman' tonight! Can't wait... He's gone up against Eddie Hall, Shaw, etc back in the day... In 2011 or 12 he deaded 885lbs in competition... He's now an amputee(below the knee) and the first day back in the gym he deaded 675 w/one leg(seated on a bench w/the BB underneath him) hook grip and all back he lifted it 3x - w/one leg supporting/& stabilizing himself!

    I'll report back later guys!

Very nice Bio! Must've been on fiya for that arm w/o... How do you like using the short BB for skull crushers? I used to use the Oly bar sometimes and it blew my tris up...

It works good I like keeping my hands on the inside grip of the bb. About the width of 8 inches apart or so. Just kills the inner tri

Exactly you would be surprised how much changing the angles of our lifts how much it changes things up. Sometimes the little things are the spark we need to bust through sticking points

It's the only way to make sure it gets done. I work long hours and do not have the energy to train after working 11-12 hours each day
