    Hey fellas

    No big surgery required - actually it's a last resort as I've had over 4+ repairs and the infection rate and rejection of the mesh increase to roughly 75% of not closing and causing more set backs(kinda like when I first got it done) so just a stitch that's protruding thru my stomach needs taken out so really a 30min surgery and not much down time...
    They actually said my core was stronger than they ever expected lol(it never ruptured)

    HB eggs bagel mixed fruit

    Ground beef and rice
