It's tough lol - not the pain but the staying off direct quad work... PITA! Lol
It's going good - not slowing me down upper body wise nor posterior chain wise(although I may give it a wk b4 I incorporate getting blood into my quad - real light stuff) then hit posterior chain hard as I can without deadlifting :/ going to have to use lots of accessory lifts
It's better than I had thought tho Bio! Thx for asking
RC - definitely not hospital food - gotta watch my food intake now(clean wise) lol
