    So today my quad is damn sore! I have to watch this as if it gets any worse I gotta go see an ortho! I think it's just the first day back and I'm going easy on er... Got the day off - but am slammed tomorrow and the rest of the wk good thing my job isn't really 'a job' lol

    It's going good - not slowing me down upper body wise nor posterior chain wise(although I may give it a wk b4 I incorporate getting blood into my quad - real light stuff) then hit posterior chain hard as I can without deadlifting :/ going to have to use lots of accessory lifts
