    Trained arms today felt great to get back in the gym. Shoulder is sore but nothing more then sore. I think I'll be dealing with that for a while. I was really careful lightened up the weight did more reps with perfect form

    Great news brother! Glad you’re getting along better with the shoulder. I’ve had similar issues and they aren’t fun, at all! Was planning to hit legs today but ended up with my nose in a book all day. Lol.

    Nice workout brother. I can't wait to start training chest again. Gonna give my shoulder another week and then I'll start with the hammer strength machines again. Dont want to risk another injury. For now I'm happy to be back training again
