    So Ive been re-thinking my training routine, I switched to eod which was great but work got crazy again so I missed a few days. No with me only training eod the extra few days added up and I lost my grove. I got out of my normal cardio routine, missed legs a few time because my lower back was acting up, which I thought out and is from lack of deading. So to get back on track Im going to do two body parts eod still and break legs back up in order to get deading back in regularly. I have to write it down on paper to get it straight, but I think Im going in the right direction.

    Today Chest

    Incline Db's
    Flat Db's (got a solid set of 12@100lbs, most in a year)
    Incline smith 45 degree angle, close grip

    Abs

    Happy with it, did not go to far and had no pain. Im also taking a Advil before I go in.

    Good idea what I have done this cycle is eat carbs with meals 1-5 all the way to dinner. I'm noticing big time changes since adding carbs to meal 5. Also hitting the big 3 muscle groups once each week but hitting the small ones twice. Chest back and legs once ew. Bi's tri's and shoulders twice each week

    30 min of stretching

    Abs
    Full ten exercise routine, 3 weighted

    1.5 miles of elliptical and 6 miles of intense stair master

    2 exercises for bi's and tri's

    Im ready to forge ahead.....full speed

    I hit arms today good session. I'll hit legs tomorrow and take Wednesday off. I play softball Wednesday night so it works out pretty good
