Ya man there's both my neighbors! The one is fish crazy, all he thinks about is going out in his boat, he went out 93 miles offshore this weekend. He caught yellow fin tuna as he trolled in front of the school of hammerhead sharks probably 500 of them he said, they were chasing the tuna. He told me to eat that fish up quick, because he's going out next weekend. That was about a quarter wide he gave me , BG is a happy man right now LOL.

What's up guys. Things have been crappy last few days. I had to go on night shift starting Monday for a few weeks. It's thrown my schedule all to hell. Having to hit the gym in the morning for now. Been dragging ass at work. Had a nice chest and bi's workout today. Even though I'm cutting my strength is still there which is awesome. Diet has been good but my cheat meals need to be a little bit more less. It's hard on the weekends for me. Anyways. Yall have a great night.

What's up Bio? How things going training and diet wise? I'd assume your on s cut but then again you were down for a while with that pneumonia... lmk how your doing?
Also, within the next yr I'll be training for a show... physique if my posing is off due to shoulder but I'd love to get into Classic just need to bring my legs up(thicker and just bigger) have the separation but need more... tell me whatcha think brother... I'd love to step on stage ya know!
