Massage works wonders for me when I’ve pulled something. Sometimes I have to ratchet things up and go to the chiro. Man, there’s nothing quite as aggravating as a sore neck or back.

3 sets hammer strength incline press super set w/ cable flies

Hamstrings
4 sets single leg, leg press. High foot placement and pushing through heel.
4 sets db stiff leg deadlifts
4 sets heavy leg curls
Calves
4 sets seated calf raises
4 sets single leg standing calf raises, last set was heavy set using both legs
Wanted to incorporate single leg squats on smith machine but someone jacked it up. I swear, some people could tear up an anvil with a rubber mallet.

Just got back from the big city. Wife woke up Sunday morning with horrible pain in her left shoulder. We know she has a torn rotator cuff and has had cortisone injections for it. We assumed that was the case with this, that she had somehow aggravated it; however, they think it’s originating in her neck and radiating to her shoulder. Got a toradol injection and a steroid pack. Scheduling another mri now. I’ve never seen her in this kind of pain. Possibly a ruptured or herniated disk.

Thanks RC. That makes two of us. I know it’s been very difficult for her these past couple days, but it’s been hard for me to have to watch it knowing there’s nothing I can really do. The management drugs are beginning to work and she’s finally got some relief. We’re just waiting for the imaging dept to verify our insurance. I tell ya, “healthcare” is a misleading term for one of the most inhumane industries in the country.
