    The Mrs. started back to work today so hopefully things are returning to some form of normalcy.

    Legs:

    3 sets squats
    3 sets leg press
    3 sets single leg presses super set w/ leg curls

    Feels good being back in the gym. Had a feeler week last week and this week will hopefully be a return to normal training.

    Thanks brother! I’m coming to the realization that I have been, historically, overtraining. So I’m focusing instead on getting a really good pump with more reps and shorter rest periods rather than trying to focus on heavy, heavy, heavy all the time.

    Interesting...I may have to give that a go. At present I run 5 on 2 off. In all honesty, this time off has been a benefit. Gave me a chance to recover fully. Thanks for the advice brother!
