One day I will have to learn to eat like you.
I have a gift for metabolizing just about anything without fat gain but getting on stage I will have to go to levels like never before... Bioactive levels.

I just dropped beef for pork tenderloin and chopped turkey for “meatballs”. I feel much better, my stomach wasn’t right and I was very bloated.

I’m starving waiting for my wife to get home so we can have dinner. On a good note I took my daughter out driving today. She just got her learners permit. This was our second time out. Next trip out I’ll have her on the road. First two trips I took it slow. Empty parking lot and got her used to the rig stopping giving gas turning corners etc..,

Chicken gets tough, we have been stewing it in a spicy red tomato paste/sauce.

Huge different what different angles and grips will make. Had an old school guy that was all about "the angles" back in NY. He said if you were going to do the same exercise's, the angles or grips had to change every week. He taught countless little things, but one big one was slow, close grip incline bench on the smith as your last chest exercise, nice and slow concentrated, great burn out. You had to really find the right positioning and angle, but a great way to hit the inside/top which normally is tough to get.
