    Hey brother. Sorry for being mia. Taking the wife tomorrow for an epidural injection in her cervical spine for two herniated disks. I’ve been trying to keep this house going and take care of her, dogs, job etc. Hopefully this treatment will get her on her feet after. I’ve had to put EVERYTHING on hold for the past month, even working out. What a way to come off a blast :/

    Update on the shoulder. Injury happened last October..... after a nice long rehabs and working around the injury in the gym it’s just about pain free now and I would say it’s 95 percent! I will probably never flat bench again though. I have found working around the Injury though that I don’t need bench to make my chest grow
