    I’ll be posting more here. Just found out my poor dog is has diabetes. I finally got him all dialed in and he is feeling good again. My last couple weeks have been really tough getting him back to normal

    The only tie I hit a body part twice a week is if I feel it’s lagging and try to catch it up. So yeah my chest is one of my easiest areas to grow. Once a week is plenty for me
