One week to go. I do not have the huge legs that other BB’s have, but I am trying to get deep cuts to offset it a little.
The cuts are coming pretty good, but I want them deep. Any recommendations of what I can do?
I was thinking about doing 2-3 sets leg extensions daily of 30 reps with a hold of 10 seconds every 10 reps.
Any comments would be welcome.

Thank you . Your input is always welcome. I have had water retention problems in the past, but I think that I have it this time.
I’m only taking Winnie, mast, and tren . I’m getting the vascular and grainy look coming on. I have always tapered down to nothing of AAS, but I am going to stay at 600 for tren and mast up to Wednesday. I was going to up the Winnie to 150.
Any comments?

I do not think that it matters but I am also taking T3 and EC stack before each workout. This is why I have had problems in the past, I forget that I am taking other things. I think the last time the Melanotan or frag did me in with water retention even though low doses.

Im not sure whatnhappened yesterday. I felt like crap. My workout for legs left me a little dizzy after some of the sets and I just could not get out the normal reps. Lethargic all day. It was also a beautiful day so it wasnt the weather.
I worked out yesterday so toda should be my day off. Im going to do cardio and posing for about 1 hour. My posing has drastically improved. I can hit the poses without the mirror now. It sounds real easy but Im a slow learner. Let's just see if it was a lucky day or my feeble mind can now picture the pose while I hit it.
Does anyone know if the NPC has monitors in the background? Some of my previous competitions had them anad they are great when posing your back because you can adjust.

6 days out.
Suprisngly I was not tired this morning. Up at 3 am..
I actually had a dream when my alarm went off that GearHead was there yelling at me that if I wanted to win, I had to get my ass out of bed and go workout. I have no idea why GH or even why the dream.
I did HIIT for 15 minutes. And then did circuit training for back, bis and tris. I went and posed for about 20 minutes.
The vascularity in my arms was incredible. I wish I had a camera.
My tan is great. I really think that I could go like this. The other day I had a black person put their arm next to mine and said, “damn, your darker than me”.
I am planning on being sprayed the night before the competition. I also have my trusty paint just in case.
I am going to try and keep a log here of my mood swings this last week. I started the week off on the right foot and feel confident.

Well, just received an email with info about the competition. I need to redo my routine down 60 sec. it’s better to delete than add.
My two categories are also the first two. One right after another. I did this one time pre iously and it sucked. My “tan” was streaking and I came close to giving up on the second category Cramping, etc.
Hopefully, I am in better condition and my tan is real so I do not need to worry too much.
Great day so far. No mood swings yet.

Well, a little insomnia last night. I did HIIT and then chest / shoulders. I got a little dizzy posing and it was either I didn’t take my atenolol or I wasn’t breathing. I think that I also need to back off a little. I may be pushing too much. Other than shedding water, there is not much that I can do to change the way I look. Going to hit legs this morning 30-40 Rep range after 20 min of LISS. This afternoon LISS again with calves and posing.
I only drank about 2 gallons of water yesterday. I want to try and double that today.
I just used bis and tris for injection sites for the first time this week. Probably 2 of the best spots yet. What I’ve been missing all these years. LOL. I am trying to make sure that I do not get build up. Still using 600 tren and mast and I upped the Winnie to 150.

Today was a challenging day. I think my lack of sleep made it all the more interesting. I was with an auditor all day and I really wanted to slap him. LOL. I had a headache and he wanted objective evidence.
I really had to dig down deep to go this afternoon to workout. Once I was into cardio, I started feeling better... Or maybe the ephedrine and caffeine started kicking in. No posing tonight. I still need to cut my music to 60 seconds and redo my routine.
Tomorrow night I also need to make sure that I do the final shave. Thursday will be the spray. Friday touchup as required.
Tomorrow will also be my final tren ,mast and winnie. I have always stopped a couple of days out unless someone recommends something different. I need to see my back to see how I am doing on water retention. Tomorrow will also be my last day of large amounts of wAter.
Hopefully tomorrow I can make it throught the day without bitch slapping the auditor. LOL
