    Very smart.
    I have reduced my curl exercise weights by 30% and moved to higher reps because I fear for my elbows.

    My new little program I run 15-20 reps and fail then hit drop sets to failure withno break. I think its safe and more effective.

    Last nigt I finised curls on a cable with 10 lbs.

    Negative. It was much worse that the other ham tendon tear a few months prior. No comparison. Twas quite pissed off.

    Don't blame you one bit. As long as you're seeing progress who cares how much weight it is.

    Your hams appear to have very similar to the same depth.

    Bodybuilding is judged by the mirror I understand that but in a way the scale doesn't lie so much.

    260 at single digit bf is damn huge.
    You are about 25lb off that Kel. That aint that that great of a gap.

    I may not see 280 but I will see single digits at 260lb. I will never have the shape and the depth of dorian because I dont have that kind of genetics but I wont look back at my peak and be disappointed.
