Very smart.
I have reduced my curl exercise weights by 30% and moved to higher reps because I fear for my elbows.
My new little program I run 15-20 reps and fail then hit drop sets to failure withno break. I think its safe and more effective.
Last nigt I finised curls on a cable with 10 lbs.

I know what you mean but its mostly shape.
Your hams appear to have very similar to the same depth.
Bodybuilding is judged by the mirror I understand that but in a way the scale doesn't lie so much.
260 at single digit bf is damn huge.
You are about 25lb off that Kel. That aint that that great of a gap.
I may not see 280 but I will see single digits at 260lb. I will never have the shape and the depth of dorian because I dont have that kind of genetics but I wont look back at my peak and be disappointed.
