I went and got RF on the abs. Improvement and I am not sure if I remove my arm or keep it there.
I am also going to change my leg position. My legs are my weakness, but I want to show the striations that are coming out. I just need to get the right angle.
Damn, there is so much that goes into posing.
I am feeling really good right now. I think that I am going to keep prop going but at 150. I was going to drop it, but I do not think that I willl retain that much water.

Keep tweaking your poses to get it where you want it. There are a lot of tricks use them.
You are rocking it Old Man. You want to post your mandatories and get feed back? If you do remember to put the camera below you and angle up. That’s the angle the judges will have.

Thanks. Only until 1 week out. I have lowered it to about 150 this week. Friday will be my last day. I have had water retention issues in the past. I usually overlook something, but not this time.

ok yeah its toxic. thats why I only recommend 2 weeks max use. if you pull the test prop out you may still want to have something in there thats a strong androgen. if your running Tren though, that could work as your androgenic

The last week I will be running Winnie, mast, and tren . Right now I’m at 100, 600, and 600 respectively. My vascularity is really coming in. Any recommendations the last week

great combo going into a show.

all depends on what you struggle with, if you struggle getting dry hard and grainy, then stick with what your doing and possibly add in some letro (depends of if the show is worth crashing your E or not). if you struggle getting full, then you could run a bit of Anadrol the last week to help fill you out and drive a lot of glycogen into the muscles

Giving blood today. I think my hematocrit is high because the breathing while doing cardio is getting difficult.
I am so glad that the Red Cross and the local blood drives have independent information stores.
I do not know what I would do if I actually had to wait for the full cycle to give blood.
Weighed in at 89.4 kg this morning . I cannot figure out why I lost weight (1 kg). Oh well

I have done this since I was a boy and never used a bow. Thats neat, I never even see one here
