Watching videos on NPConline and a simple statement hit home:: they were talking about leaning back when doing your back poses. The judges are actually below you so the leaning back gives them a better vantage point. Something so simple and I never thought about it.

Start putting preparation h on the loose skin on your belly. Turn your leg outward. Show the tear drop and outer sweep of your quad. Make it look bigger not smaller.

Homework, working out, posing, work....... not enough time in a day.
The good news is I just got a good promotion at work.
I will try to post another pose today.
I have decided to stay on the test prop for another 2-3 weeks (approx 300 mg). Next week I start the Winnie.

I feel like shit. I have a fever and went to the gym. I just did some LISS but didn’t last long. I may end up leaving work early. I just want to sleep.

I left work at 8:30 and had to expend every ounce of energy to stay awake driving. I got home around 9 and slept all day until about 4.
I didn’t eat all day and just ate some Ramen soup a couple of minutes ago. Pretty bad headache. This can’t be happening!
My wife thinks I am pushing my body too hard between training, school, work, etc.
Let’s see if I can get up at 3 am

this is dependent on the diuretic to be used.. an old school way of doing it was to taper up from a week long load of a drug like Aldactone. the mechanism of action here is essentially to block the absorption of salt (because of this some may not even consider it a true diuretic. you can imagine this is not going to give results over night so they began taking it 5+ days out.
not the best way to do it imo.
Keep it simple and safe like a potassium sparing basic diuretic like dyazide. a dose night before show and perhaps that morning is all you need. for more extreme water holding problems Lasix (rarely would be needed and not near as safe).
however having said that. I STRONGLY recommend NOT to mess with Pharma grade diuretics in your first npc show. learn your body. if anything and your holding water then run an Herbal diuretic like species nutrition Aqualyze about 2 or so days out. keep it safe and a learning experience. thats all your there for.
also keep in mind, some guys over do the water cutting and diuretics and then they come in super flat and can not load up with carbs and can't get full no matter how many carbs and insulin they run.. simply because carbs need water to absorb and fill you out.
the trick is to loose just enough water, then withold just enough water, so that when you carb load the carbs end up taking the water thats in the skin and pulling that out with it into the muscle.. then you get dry, shredded, and full.
Make sense ? your carb load is actually part of the water cutting process.. if you shed all your water with diuretics then you can't use the carb load as efficiently to pull water from the skin. its a fine balance

He got arrested for being too cut.
Couple of female deputies had their way with him in a holding cell for a few weeks.
Then I got picked up and booked in the same county lock up for indecent exposure and threatening to urinate over the courthouse. The female deputies saw me and immediately released gh.
The things those girls did to me charger....

I did get up at 3 am after getting in 6 1/2 more hours of sleep. I am about 70% and lost 2.5 lbs yesterday. I decided not to inject today to see if I get better quicker. I also decided not to take frag so I could eat before going to the gym. I went to the gym had a better workout than expected but I used machines and cables just in case I had issues controlling the weight or trying to get out one too many reps.
I looked extremely flat today. The mental games started...:. Until I started to zag (thanks Cape).
For some reason I am trying to relate the sickness to the Melanotan or tanning. I am extremely dark right now. The Melanotan does a number on my stomach.
My tanning is so dark that a lot of people are asking if I compete. I really would have preferred if it was because of my size.
I will try HIIT tonight.

I have been super tired. I have been going intense and my muscles are hurting for a couple of days after the workout. I think I am tan ready. Melanotan works wonders. People think that I am sprayed because I am so dark.
Work is beginning to get in my way. I was not able to do my second workout (cardio or my calf workout ).
I am going to spend the money and do RF to tighten my skin. I do not like the way I look and now I am focusing on hiding weaknesses instead of showing off my strengths. 2 1/2 weeks to go. I am tired and the mental games are getting to me. I am going to finish the week with test prop. I am at 600 mg tren and DHT along with Winnie.
