Cardio and workout were difficult tonight, almost like I wasn’t really here, but I looked pretty good after.
I need to really work on my routine. I cut it from 90 to 60 sec. I was rushing everything. I slowed it down counting to 3 holding the pose and I wasn’t flexing my legs like I should. I guess I am challenged trying to do 2 things at once.

Ok energy is tanked. I am able to get cardio out but after I just want to sit motionless .
Almost there. I started with herbal diuretics. I am starting the dehydration process. I will probably use prescription diuretics tomorrow depending on how I look. I need my back to be spot on:

Yesterday was n9t that great a day. I had a headache miost ofthe day . I cut water a little earlier than normal. I had about 1/2 L yesterday. Probably 1/4 L today. It seems to be working. Back is coming in. I am not going to workout today, just use the sauna.
Its all down hill from here. I am starting with my carb loading. About a cup of rice each meal or 150 g sweet potatoe. LET the carbs start flowing!! YEAH!
Tonight a nice steak dinner with some wine ( to further dehydrate).
The previous week wasnt so bad ..... I can say that now. LOL
Weigh in this afternoon.

Registration is at 4 pm PST. I am assuming that you weigh in at this time to see what class.
For me it doesnt matter +40 doesnt have a weight and novice is everyone above 175. I'm not even close.
I maintained 90 kg all week but I did lose 1 kg this morning. My weight is about 198.

I am feeling much better than yesterday. Carb loading each meal. My tan is excellent. No additional touch up required.
I sent my music via email so that is taken care of. I am taking a USB just in case.
Now the nerves are beginning to be felt. I have been working toward this for 10 months and it is almost a reality.
I am reserved at the gym and usually do not talk with many people. I go to workout and not make friends. I just found out today that the whole gym (the early morning crowd) is routing for me. I didn’t even think that they knew I was going to compete.
Almost time for registration. I need to practice quite a bit tonight to make sure that I hit the poses dead on.

It’s about 2 hours before the prejudging. Just loaded up on carbs. Vascularity last night was insane just standing still. I got the grainy look going on.

I placed third in the novice and third in the masters. The novice guys were huge. I can at least say that I must have had a good back. The sound of the crowd when I hit my rear double bicep made me feel pretty good.
I think that I also rushed my routine to the music. I had to make up poses to finish with the music. LOL
I would like to thank everyone for their support. It was a learning experience. God willing, I will be back in 2019 with a new and improved version.
No cheat meal last night, although I did have some beer. LOL. I havent had a cheat meal in 6 months and it is about time for a pizza.
I took today off and I am staring back at the gym tomorrow. I have 2 more competitions in July. I am going to try packing on as much size as I can.
