Well I got in about half my workout before my wife called and said she needed me to come home and help with the baby cuz she was crying for me...pretty irritated cuz when I got home they were both asleep!!!

Pull ups 4 sets 6-15 reps
Ez bar curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
Hammer curls 4 sets 8-12 reps last set drop to half the weight for twice the reps
Db shrugs 3 sets 15 reps

This is why my phone goes on DND when I train.

I’m up a couple more pounds! Another cool thing happened yesterday. My wife was looking at my back and she told me I have a big stretch mark! I don’t know about you guys but that’s awesome to hear. That means I’m definitely growing!!

Sitting at 195 and getting tired of food. No big deal though, as training is going great, weight is slowly on the uptick, and I feel ready to jump into a pile of naked bodies and fuck my way out.

As Mark Bell put it at one point, unless you’re 5’0”, you’re not “ripped” at 160; you’re skinny as fuck. It’s difficult to explain, but 10% bodyfat at 200 lbs. looks a lot fucking different than 10% at 160.

Stomach still has been giving some issues, had a terrible fucking cold for 2 1/2 weeks got over that and had the stomach flu for 3 days.
My dog got sick and just about died.

Then my wife's father passed away unexpectedly 3 weeks ago so we've been dealing with that.

I will give my wife credit she's grieving but she has held up strong through it.
