Just cyp. About 300 mg per week. But I’m eating a lot more on this bulk.

The longer you use slin the higher it will get. If you hit 100 it’s time to take a break. It will come down and start again.

would be beneficial to know your fasting glucose and post perennial glucose levels as well.

we could simply manipulate your diet and training to get you back to insulin sensitive instead of resistant , OR add in a GDA (glucose disposal agent) or drug like Metformin , which has plenty of healthy benefits with little to no side effects and is very affordable.

easy fix if you get on top of it now
Fasting glucose was high end of normal at 95 on a 70-99 scale. I don't know about perennial glucose.

mid 80s is actually just fine for someone that is bulking or consuming lots of carbs and calories to put on size.. and its actually low/optimal if you happen to be running plenty of hgh or Mk677..
as cape mentioned, when using insulin as your fasting blood sugar goes higher and higher , thats just a gauge to know when to come off and give the slin a break. but 80s is definitely not that bad to need to do that

I actually bought one from walgreens a long time ago because I was curious and I always tested in range. I have it somewhere but if the one from wal mart is better I'll get it.

Doesn’t that mean that your bodies becoming insulin resistant?

How long do you take off of insulin to get your blood sugar back down?

Headed in for squats. Going to be interested to see how this sixth week affects my progression. If bench was any indication, this should be fun.

Back Squat: 2x1x135/185/5x220/3x265/2x305/1x330/8+x350-10 completed (+10 TM)
    GMs: 1x135/2x185/225/3x245-10/8/8
    Barbell Shrugs: 1x225/315/4x405-8/7/10/8

Bodyweight is still 194 after another week. I’m definitely thrilled with performance continuing to go up in the face of consistent bodyweight.

Right now I’m just going once a day 5 on 2 off so it’s not really changing anything. If I go twice a day for 30+ days I’m sure it would start adding up and would need a week or so off.

You are squatting 350 for how many reps and sets?
If it’s 8 reps and your body weight is sub 200 that’s extremely impressive!

One set, ten reps. The last one was an absurd grinder that I thought was going to bury me. And no, it’s not really that impressive. It only really translates to a 1RM of about 465, which is only a class I lift in the 198 class.

And that’s 198 class for drug tested lifters. So yeah, not impressive at all.

Took a wifee day. One bugger with a program where the workout is toward the end of the day is I gotta know up front: gym day or no? cuz the food regimes are different!

Wifee gave me almost enough notice that she wanted to go out. I was able to massage my food plan almost seamlessly.

    Breaks over! Back at it!!!

It’s a strong lift in my book .
I understand if your talking competitive wise it may not appear huge but if I’m not mistaken competition does not take into account height. Coming from my point of view 6ft at 200lbs squatting full depth what you have is not something I see often at all in gyms.
I will say though your rep patterns are really strange to me, it’s almost like all warm up with one working set. The goal with this rep pattern scheme is overall strength over mass?

That’s just this week. It’s a predetermined max effort set for gauging progression for the next block. The volume work kicks back in next week.

My personal log over in GD (or wherever, I can’t remember now) has a much longer running history of the patterns.

Nope. Most of my recent book order came in today, so I’ll be spending the evening reading Storm of the Century.

Chiefs are playing patriots tomorrow to determine whether or not they will be in superbowl.

Gf's Christmas party is same day starting at three. Gonna be one big barroom full of drunk drunk people. This year it will be wild as can be.

No kids just bar employees and S/O.

This will be interesting. Hope chiefs can beat the patriots.

I've had some problem with leg training for a while. Honestly, been ever since the new job and not doing CrossFit which is pretty much some form of squat 5-6 days/week. Anyways, went in today and decided to run everything as an EMOM x 10 at a MUCH lighter weight. I think I'll run legs two days/week for a while to see if I get some better stamina back.

    EMOM x 10
    Back Squat @ 70kg
    Leg Curl @ 40kg
    Leg Extension @ 60kg
    Leg Press @ 80kg
    Leg Press, calfs @ 150kg

Could not walk down the damn stairs when I was done. Felt amazing!

    Fuckoff session.

    Unilateral Calf Press: 3x165-20/20/19
    Unilateral Calf Raise: 3x20-40/38/35
    Face Pulls: 3x90-26/25/25
    HS 1310 Abs: 3x178-26/25/21
    Unilateral Leg Ext: 3x65-10/9/7
    Unilateral Leg Curl: 3x40-15/12/12
    Side Bends: 3x40-40/40/33

I really need to buy some heavy ass dumbbells or something. This fitness center cable nonsense is boring the fuck out of me.

I think he will go up one weight class for one fight just to beat Dillishaw again then drop back down to 125. He looks good at 125 so I think 135 will be too heavy for him

Too many things going on. Hopefully, this eeek I can get back into my 2 a day routine with cardio.
I am happy with my leg progress even though my knee joints are killing me. I’m getting a good sweep going. Not as good as those that had it to begin with, but improving.

    The key- foot position.

Maybe but Dana wants to get rid of the 125 weight class. If he beats TJ at 135 then I don’t see him going back down to 125. Then Dana can do away with the 125 class. Think about it. Dana traded Mighty Mouse the most winning fly weight In ufc history yo another fight league rather then giving him a rematch after a split de idiom loss

Yea but the belt that got put on his waist last night had just been commissioned at 3x the cost of the last 125 belt
