    I used to easily do 100’s of different ab exercises when I was young, the abs came only after diet.
    IMO it is diet that makes the abs

    Adrenaline addicts and extreme type A dont fare well with inluxes of gaba and serotonin.
    Gaba in particular is basically anti adrenaline.
    If you are a wound for sound person such as myself you wont ever be able to get the "chill out" effect others experience.

    Thats ok. We have stimulants to give us peace.
