    As far as the social stuff, I'm exactly the same. For instance, if I have to go out in a crowded mall or deal with a bunch of people, it's not a problem as long as I am there to get something done. That is just basically think, look, destroy and I am out and done with no issues.

    On the other hand, when the in-laws have their family gatherings, it's all based on a scale. 5-10 people....that's a prescribed .5mg Xanax; 10-20, were looking at 2 Xanax. 20 or more people....that's a shot of moonshine, a couple of Xanax, and there better be a corner for me to hang out in, if there's a dog around, even better. Dealing with in-laws or their spouses/significant others I don't get along with? A shot of moonshine and I take the bottle of Xanax with me. Otherwise, I'm outside before you know it.
    There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

    lmfao... noted.. xanax and a shot and everything will be fine... and the dog, i'm the same. i attract them. i can walk into a home, dogs never met me, and.. boom, i got a new bestie.

    i went with my bestie to her brothers house saturday, i never met his dog. and the dog was my best friend the whole time and even my son's, it was cute. made me miss mine so much.

    This gym is not near as good as the other one I go to from time to time. There is typically 8-10 hot young women lifting, deads, squats you name it. Most are in there 20's. Good thing I don't go to the gym to look at women.

    damn. now i feel like ive made zero progress, fuck sakes..

    anyways, just had my ultrasound done my shoulder with xrays on both, shoulder and knee... friday i should find out my results.. which will most likely be NEXT friday to actually hear from the doctor. gotta love the health system here..

    so, what do you guys think, if i need surgery, do it? i don't wanna be outta commission. i gotta keep making my gains.
