As far as loose skin goes... I do have things that help tighten it up, but it is not perfect. It is usually enough to get me by.

Well, got the balls finally to post this picture. It's from this am right before my cardio workout. Far from happy but it is what it is and in 3-weeks it's showtime anyways.

Looking great!!
Some helpful hints. Try to extend your abs. For example : chest up and out and hips back which tightens the skin on the ab muscles. The other things is to take it from the side and twist. This also tightens.
You need to play around with it, but find what looks best for you and show that pose.
