    Love that they chose that song for that interview. I hate metallica but the song applies 100% to pro bodybuilding.

    Thought I would check in and see how everyone is doing. No new pics except for Family Guy (looking good FG)????? I will say you MOFO's are just lucky I didn't enter this comp. I haven't been able to lift much lately due to upper back and right shoulder injuries, so I have been focusing on legs, HIIT and diet. Getting leaner.
    My diet From July 6-15 was mostly alcohol camping at a country music festival, but I did hit the gym 4 times that week. (see pic for recommended diet ... dead soldiers)
    I started acupuncture the other day to see if maybe trying something different will help me heal. I have to do my annual pic in the mirror for my birthday on the 23rd (58 and counting) so I gotta kick it up and be good this weekend.

    Yes pretty quiet group this time, hope there is a lot of change going on behind the scenes! Atleast post your workout or food choices for the day. I'm to injured right now to do much. Kicked up cardio because I can barely lift and now my right ankle that I broke playing hockey is bothering me. No excuse for not doing something though. If I have to switch to the bike I will do that to keep the weight off my ankle during the hour of cardio. Turned 58 today and feel 68 for some damn reason.

    Same. I wasted many weeks because of BBQs and such. You don't make any progress building muscle or losing fat if you diet all week then eat like a pig all weekend. Story of my life
