    Anyone looking for a new routine?
    I will at least try to get some dialog going.
    Try taking a weight that you can do for 12 reps and crank out 12 reps with good form, immediately drop the weight in half and pump out 8 reps slow (6 sec up/ 6 sec down).
    Rest 1 minute and repeat. 4 sets.

    I'm back, been fucking up....as usual. Ive had some fun though! Diet has sucked ass, but I've been hitting the gym, put on almost 20 lbs in the last month
    Oh well, I also put 3/4" on my arms, and havnt really put much fat on

    Not gonna lie. My heart wasn’t in this one. These are basically the official end to my first cycle pics as well...started at 150ish and got up to a high of 174 now I’ve been sitting at 168 for the last month. Pct already started...so anyways I feel great. I feel I look great too. So F U duffer I’m gonna beat you this time!
