    I went hypo yesterday on 3 iu. I was soaked. It took 3 glucose tabs to semi fix me- at the gym. Nothing to be scared of, but you need to be prepared.

    Not only did I survive, I completed a 1 hour leg workout! Literally 50% of my vision was a big orange spot. I was walking around the gym like a zombie lol

    My stir fry was nothing but lean beef, chicken and a few low carb veggies. I add rice in the morning and lunch meals, just the meat in the afternoons
