sodium , carbs, AND fat . don't forget that inter cellular triglycerides help fill out the muscles as well.
however, imo and in my experience with con prep.. IF you get to the point that you have to resort to this type of junk food the night before and day of the show, then your trying to bandaid up and fix a mistake. you came in way too flat and depleted (this happens a lot, and this is why I'm a big advocate for front loading clients for shows). OR you tried too hard to pull the water out (because you made diet mistakes during peak weak) using too many diuretics that ended up sucking you flat and your having to recover from that .. OR you made a rookie mistake and you stayed in a calorie deficit and kept running your T3 and your Clen up until show day thinking you'd still be burning fat (and you can't carb load and get full in that situation either so your resorting to junk food) <-- this should be common sense. you really think your going to fill out and load a ton of glycogen when your in a calorie deficit and running a bunch of T3 with your metabolism revving at full speed , lol hell no. yet people do this dumb shit in contest prep all the time
guys that end up making all these mistakes and having to end up resorting to all this junk food in order to fill out are the guys that end up with 6 packs but with distended and swollen stomachs.. the waist will not look clean and tight (no vacuum pose for them).

Went down to see the GFs family this weekend for the first time. Not a terrible experience, they seem alright.
But, there was nothing but pizza, cake, donuts, etc in front of me the whole time. Plus the 6+ hour car ride made it impossible to food prep for. Diets completely fucked.
I just want to go home and get back to the gym

update -- I'm purposely trying to stay small right now because another transformation contest I entered doesn't start for 10 days and I see no point in starting to blow up and get jacked now then have to take those before pics..(so been slacking on purpose, even though I'm mentally motivated to start kicking some ass and hitting the training , food , and drugs hard)
but in 10 days, its on like donkey kong mother F'ers .. I guess I'm giving you all like a 3 week head start. your going to need it!!

I'll be transparent as glass (pun intended cause my scenario is kinda like being mr glass) .. my secret weapon is just me being able to string together 90 straight days of consistent training, diet, and sticking to the program without a single hiccup or injury or life altering event.
I've not been able to do that in forever.
over the last several years I've not been able to string together a good run of luck at all .. I've had 6+ injuries, 4 surgeries, a year or more being bed ridden crippled fuck.. then a pain pill addiction, then losing two successful businesses, losing my house and my cars, bankruptcy, being sued, then a DUI and more legal issues with false accusations, etc.. all while putting my heart and sole into starting a bad ass gym and keeping that running and going (even though it doesn't make a fraction of what my past life used to make me , its my passion.. gotta keep it above ground)..
anyhow .. Sob sob . fuck me who cares.. I just need a good 90 day run of consistency and no life altering bullshit or drama. thats gonna be my magic sauce if I can just get that done.
90 days of mcdonalds every day
90 days of drugs
90 days of hard training

Drank quite a few beers over the weekend, so I pretty much fasted today, just a couple protein shakes, and did some cardio. I'm bout to fucking starve!

People can say what they want about fast food doin shit to cholesterol and the heart but as far as mass...
On my perfect gym day I shoot slin at 15-20 iu, take 6 bronkaid and have my red bulls for the drive to mcds or sonic, eat 4000 calories and hit the iron
I am nauseous, bloated, and lethargic as hell afterward but it absolutely is the ultimate feed. By the time I get home I either need to eat again or I hit more slin.
My body metabolizes carbs and fat like no ones business.
Ct fletcher ate four big macs and four fries every day for a reason. Sure it trashed his heart. He doesnt deny that. But it also made him a freak and a champion.
You take any mens physique or classic physique guy on a perfection diet and stand them next to CT and who is the one know by millions and who inspired thousands to get off their "cotton candy eating bitch ass"?

Also, If struggling to put down a bite of chicken and rice to the point of regurgitation...

Btw, the beers I drink are around 3.2 carbs each. Novolog is goog for around 15 carbs per iu? So I'm thinking every 4 or 5 beers hit a iu of slin! That should off set the carbs, right?
