Dear peanut butter lover, My current rotating diet have two tablespoons of peanut butter as a treat at 21.00 every night. If I could describe to you how much I am looking forward to this hour of the day in words I would but I doubt it would be enough. I sit in the couch, waiting, and at 21.00 hours the alarm goes off telling me two things, feed the cats and time for my snack. I walk out in the kitchen, open the pantry and first feed the cats. I then look over to the cupboard where my ...
Dear reader, As I am closing in on my bulk cycle (about 45 days away) I have been investigating the claim that 500 calories above TDEE is what one should eat. Except for being the accepted rule on these forums I can not find any science that is backing this up. I realize this is just a recommendation and one size do not fit all but I still decided to look into this a bit closer. Of course my leg workout today also suffered and it was a pain to just get through it but my will to succeed won and I finished it. Tomorrow I will stay home early morning and cook for another 5 days. Doing it in 5 day cycles seems to work real well and the food seems to still taste well within that time period. One of the threads going in the Nutrition ...
Dear reader, This past weekend was truly successful. Kept to my diet and got my workouts done and at the same time got quality time spent with my family. This is in my mind a huge success. Abs yesterday went truly great and each week I am increasing the amount of reps I can do in each exercise. Abs part of the workout seems completely unaffected by the low calorie intake I have, not quite sure why, but interesting. Also had about 20 minutes of HIIT training yesterday keeping heart ...
