Hi, I added some calories this week to see if that will help the fat loss. Yes, seems counter intuitive but being to low can do nothing but hurt the progress. Greetings, I again feel like crap today. This do not seem to affect my gym effort as my numbers show and today was no different. Stayed on the same numbers or increased reps on all Chest exercises which I think is quite a feat considering how little I am eating. My fitbit is telling me I used 3,063 calories yesterday and only ate 1,526. That is a whopping 1,537 calorie deficit. That do not seem healthy to me and to be honest, is just plain dumb.
