Just getting settled in from running errands and am eating a late breakfast before I crash.
4 egg whites and 5 oz. of drained, canned salmon all scrambled together with a few blasts of Cholula hot sauce.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
