    Over the weekend I've been sticking to my usual

    Low carb protein bars
    meat, greens & sweet potatoes

    I've started having 60g bowls of Rice Crispies with skimmed lacto milk ... You get quite a lot for 200cals & 50g carbs

    Of course I'd prefer granola & oat bran though!
