    With the size of your waist, are you ever afraid you may topple over from the size of your upperbody? That seems like it would be a big concern for someone with a back like that. lol.

    LOL!!! nice one...na not really prone, just had a small breakout the last couple days most of the marks are scars from the teenager years..it always helps when i shower 2x per day..been busy lately...but yea maybe ill check out that body wash..thanks!

    no problem bro....it's not bad, dont get me wrong....but that soap and the tanning bed both work really well.....what are you on right now? Still bulking? When are you going to cut? 6 month plan? You are getting fing nasty strong bro.....I am starting to pull ideas from your routine....loving it.....are you just slamming the cals? Weekends? party at all? Free diet days? I need to learn from you.....again, big props!

    Thanks again man! cycle is real basic now, 4 wks left...on test e/eq/winny tabs...

    after this cycle ill continue to try and maintain everything then do 2 more cycles before i compete again. my next show will be in summer 2008...its too far out now to make specific goals, but im fairly sure i will be a lightheavy next time i step onstage..i dont tan ever anymore...was very curious about that Melanotan but havent looked into it yet...trying to take care of my skin better than all the tanning

    yea ive been pounding cals and carbs, amazingly im still losing weight or BF the past couple days, i woke up today a lb less...every day is around 550-600g of carbs..no cheat meals really, out of laziness lol, im too lazy to make my banana bread, but if i muster up the mental energy ill have that! and no i never party; never drink or any rec drugs either...

    good deal.....when is the contest? is that next? Cutting thread? What is your take on slin? humalog? Scares the piss out of me and heard it's a recipe for fat gain.....is it true? Or is it ideal for lean mass?

    Thanks Kbiz! yea it seems the longer i train the more educated i get about how to train myself properly.. i really dont care about the weights i can lift as its only part of the equation...i train with my wife currently...only bad thing is that we have to traing in the morning and im an awful morning person so i deal with it by having coffee on my lift days, just a small amount to get me goin...

    Next show will be june or july 2008; i dont have any cutting plans until i begin contest prep...from here on out its strictly bulking in a lean fashion...

    people just dont understand. this is the key to BB, for hardgainers and most.
    people focus on the too much weight and not enough on the muscle working.
    people let their egos get in the way. JMO

    Thanks alot Tank!!! glad to see u are maximizing training techniques as well....at this point no target weight, simply get as heavy as possible and still remain relatively lean. so far im on target...but what guys that dont know me have to realize is that i literally have to eat all day near perfect just to Maintain weight!!!! i can do it though...hmmm if i had to shoot a goal right now id would say 225lb...anything over is a bonus it would be nice if i could come in 185-190lb on stage...and at my height its all illusion ill probly look even bigger coming in like that...

    yea man im right there with ya on the injuries..thats how its gotta be though if you want to succeed...every month i have some kinda minor injury etc...and i have suffered from some serious back injuires a while back that ive had to come back from...i must say everthing is going great now as i close up this cycle...ill have no problem maintaining the mass ive put on as long as i keep the diet right on...thanks again man!

    Well guys i hit legs to today and it didnt fare well...the hip is acting up again, its too early to tell but i think winny may be the culprit...

    Quads--hip hurt today had to cut it short--could be the winstrol tabs (day 17)

    leg extensions
    leg press--8 platesx10, 12 x10
    squats-135x10, 185x8, 205x10 hurt at 225lb
    front squats 2 sets hurt on both...

    Since each of your legs is about the size of my waist, I think you'll do ok even if you have to take a couple days off.

    Its amazing tho how much u can learn from year to year...last year i made so many mistakes competing all those guys had plenty of advantages over me and yet i still came in solid...next year ill have learned even more and have the full prep instead of a shorter prep like last year...for now i just gotta get rid of this hip injury..
