    Dam today was great! all i needed was that missing link--a cup of coffee!..diets still about the same, yesterday i had 500g of carbs and 320g of protein; heres how it went today

    Quads--leg extensions warmup 4 sets
    leg press, 6 platesx15 reps, 10 platesx12 reps, 14 plates, 12 reps, 18plates x10 reps
    squats-135x12, 225x12, 275x8, 225x10
    smith machine lunges 2 setsx12 reps
    machine leg press close stance-4 sets superset with leg extension all 12-15 reps

    Tomorrow is the last day on MT guys...i have back training tomorrow..and some hams, i thought id bump it quick, the MT has without a doubt aided in some good fatloss...i keep getting leaner by the day and my diet is basically the same everyday..with zero cardio. i will try and get some decent shots tomorrow...

    Lol thats the easy part, its alwasy been that way...if i dont go overboard on calories..i lose weight quick...

    so do you have your plan laid out? Train 5x a week? No cardio, cals 5K, high carb....cycle with npp?

    m-chest AM, shoulders PM
    t-off
    w-biceps
    th- triceps
    f-quads
    sat-back/hams
    sun-off

    Cheat days on the wekends? 5K? Think the cycle will help you ripp up a tad more?

    Im 24; na dont really cheat that often, all my days are low sugar...if i have a cheat meal it will be a good one, just higher fat--i dont really get into the sweets...next show wont be until i decide im big enough to win yea i have no doubt the cycle will help but it takes a great diet too...

    I hit back this morning, went pretty good, hit it different today went by feel and most of the workout i took little to no rest between sets, it was good tho, heres the lineup..

    Back-pulldowns-3 sets warmup
    stiff leg deadlifts-95x12, 145x10, 195x8, 245x7
    seated rows-no rest from here on out-3 sets 160x10-12 reps
    incline dbell rows-3 sets 50lbx12 reps each
    lat pulldowns-3 sets superset with laterals 30lb, 35lb 30lb, 25lbx12 each
    hyperextensions 2 setsx20 reps

    You look like a beast....how them traps coming along? Is it me or are they lagging a tad?

    You might want to add a little color to your complextion, other than that...I'm impressed.

    As I stated before, you are going to look badass when you shred....I'm looking forward to seeing the transformation.

    Thanks alot for the good comments man! to be totally honest i havent trained traps in 3 wks, and havent trained them hard in about double that time or more, sometimes it gets tough to fit them into the whole routine but if theyre getting smaller ill make sure i hit em this wk

    yea i must say im normally olive skinned but with these dam winters i turn so light after....thanks again man

    So i hit chest this morning and i couldnt have asked for more, it was dam good and i havent hit these kind of numbers in years! great workout....my incline press is up 35lb since i started!!!! i just checked my journal and since last workout its up frikken 25lb!!!!!! and im even off the MT, i must say so far my results are great, and the fatloss continues, i should have more pics in about 2 wks...heres todays lift...

    Chest-incline press-135x10, 185x6, 215x5, 235x5, 250x5
    flat dbell press 3 sets 85lbx10 reps each
    smith incline press 2 sets 225x7-8 reps
    flat flys superset with pullovers no rest-35x12 reps, 3 sets
    1 set of cable flys

    Tonight was decent, quick workout, and i hit the shrugs hard for Shrpskn just in case the traps are laggin

    shoulders--hammer strength shoulder press 3 sets 1 minute rests 220lbx12 reps each
    side laterals-25x20reps, 35x15, 45x12, 45x10, 35x15, 25x12
    shrugs-135x15, 225x10, 315x12, 365x10, 415x10 drop set 315x12, 225x15
